Gwyneth Paltrow says moms with office jobs have it easier than actresses #FailOfTheWeek
Gwyneth Paltrow needs to learn how to filter her thoughts and choose the statements she makes more wisely if she doesn't want to alienate the fans she has left.
We could deal with the pretentious cookbook and lifestyle website and we even learned to grow to like – at least accept – the ridiculous fact that she named her first child after a fruit, but Gwyneth’s latest views on parenting are too much.
Speaking with E! News just a week before she announced her split from hubby Chris Martin, Paltrow talked about the challenges of balancing her acting career with raising two kids, Apple, 9, and Moses, 7.
"It's much harder for me,” said the 41-year-old. “I feel like I set it up in a way that makes it difficult because…for me, like if I miss a school run, they are like, 'Where were you?'”
"I think it's different when you have an office job, because it's routine and, you know, you can do all the stuff in the morning and then you come home in the evening. When you're shooting a movie, they're like, 'We need you to go to Wisconsin for two weeks,' and then you work 14 hours a day and that part of it is very difficult. I think to have a regular job and be a mom is not as, of course there are challenges, but it's not like being on set."

Because when you have to worry about earning enough money to support your family and have to balance a 9-5 job with household chores and the responsibilities that come with raising children, life is seriously a piece of cake. Having to work two weeks to make enough cash to last you for years, on the other hand, is a real struggle. Glad Gwyneth was able to put that all in perspective for us.
