Fox 5 News actually censored breasts in a Picasso painting
Fox News is certainly known for having some seriously conservative views and the network has done its fair share of questionable things in the past, but this latest stunt is right up there on the ’WTF?!’ list.

While reporting on Pablo Picasso's Les Femmes d'Alger painting and the record-breaking $179 million it sold for, Fox 5 News, which targets viewers in the NYC area, made sure to censor the masterpiece, blurring out potentially offensive Cubist breasts. Yes, for real.

Art historian Aruna D'Souza and famed art critic Jerry Saltz were quick to point out the absurdity of the situation, which is, let’s just say it: Ridiculous!

If anyone is offended by some brightly colored abstract shapes that may or may not be representing female breasts, they don’t stand a chance in this world. Frankly, even if they were done in the most realistic manner imaginable, it’s just a freakin’ painting, guys!

Do you find this piece of art offensive or is Fox’s behavior the only offensive thing in this story?
