Jessica Simpson is on the mend after spending three days in the hospital. The 27-year-old singer checked into L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Friday after suffering a fever.
She "has been released and is doing fine," her spokesperson tells People magazine.
Reps for the blond bobblehead eschewed the traditional starlet-approved excuses of “exhaustion” and "asthma attack," instead opting for the more explicit (but in no way less embarrassing) diagnosis of kidney infection.
We know how that happens, don't we, girls? Let’s hope she can keep her distance from boyfriend Tony Romo until she’s able to down a few gallons of cranberry juice and feel better.
