Now that they are both separated from their respective spouses, LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian took their relationship public yesterday on a very sexy date inside a golf cart. We've heard that five irons are a natural aphrodisiac.

The couple, who met and reportedly begun their affair while filming the Lifetime movie Northern Lights, met up at the Valencia Country Club yesterday for an afternoon on the golf course.

"Eddie arrived at the private country club in his Porsche a few minutes before LeAnn," an eyewitness told People. "LeAnn was beaming when she saw Eddie and the two gave each other a quick hug. Eddie was sweet and went to buy water and energy drinks from the golf store."

Cibrian chauffeured his country singer girlfriend between holes, as Rimes put her feet up on the golf cart dashboard and sipped on her drink. Geez, get a room, you two!

"They weren't super affectionate, and instead more flirty in a fun and loving way," said People's source. "They had lots of chemistry. They are a cute couple and they looked very happy and comfortable together."

News of the couple's alleged extramarital affair broke in March, when Us Weekly reported that Rimes and Cibrian would meet up in Malibu for "play dates." The two then ostensibly chose to work on their respective marriages, but not long after, Rimes separated from husband Dean Sheremet and Cibrian was dumped by wife Brandi Glanville.

"Eddie and I have decided to take some time apart," Glanville told Us Weekly in July. "I want to do what is best for our children. Eddie and LeAnn deserve each other."
