Hollywood has a long history of odd couples: Tom and Katie, Heidi and Seal, Courteney and David, Pam and Kid. Here’s another WTF? hookup to add to the list: Sharon Stone and Christian Slater.

The pair, who starred in Bobby earlier this year, are rumoured to be dating. The couple sent tongues wagging with their playful PDA at the American Music Awards in November, and now they’re reportedly planning to spend the holidays together.

Gossip columnist Janet Charlton reports the pair showed up arm-in-arm at a recent Dolce & Gabbana fashion event at L.A.’s Chateau Marmont and made it clear they were a couple.

A friend tells Charlton, "They're both really happy - but they don't have long-term expectations. It's a fun fling for the holidays and Sharon is a good influence. She rarely drinks and has three kids. It's a good match for now."
