While we're shocked (shocked!) at the suggestion that anything untoward is happening in the Lohan household, even we can’t help but notice Ali Lohan’s rapid transformation from fresh-scrubbed tween to full-on sexpot. The 14-year-old’s appearance at a recent screening of High School Confidential in New York was so jarring, it’s even sparked rumours that she’s already gone under the knife.
The UK tabloids (always willing to deconstruct a celeb’s face for our enjoyment – we still have to send them a gift basket for dubbing Nicole Kidman "bat face") are having a field day with Lohan’s noticeably fuller lips, colour contacts and come-hither hair.
Lil’ Lohan has made no secret that she’ll do anything to be just like big sis Lindsay, recently telling Teen Vogue, "I grew up watching Lindsay. It made me want to do what she does. Just the whole vibe. Being there, being on camera, or onstage, with everybody listening to you ... it's so cool when people look up to you. I've already been asked for my autograph and it's just a really good feeling to have."
If Ali did indeed pay a visit to Dr. 90210 for a tween tune-up, we can only hope momager Dina was clever enough to capture the surgery on camera for her upcoming reality show, Living Lohan. Just think of all the publicity Gene Simmons and Shannon Tweed got for their matching facelifts episode of Family Jewels!
