They've conquered reality TV. They've mastered highly-choreographed cover-worthy photo ops. They've made a mockery of the art of making music videos. And now, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag have set their unholy sights on a new venture: video games.
At Electronic Arts' Burnout Paradise party in L.A. last week, Pratt revealed to reporters the couple is collaborating with EA to produce a "Heidi and Spencer" video game.
"There's going to be two versions: the adult version and the one for minors," Pratt told Us Weekly, adding the game is expected to hit shelves in 2009. (Awww…isn't it cute that he thinks he'll still be relevant in a year?)
Pratt then went on to make the only intriguing comment we've ever heard coming out of his mouth: "You can definitely play as us or you can play against us. You can even torture me."
Meanwhile, sources close to The Hills stars are beginning to wonder if Pratt isn't a bit too controlling of Montag (no, you don't say!!) A witness at the EA party tells Page Six, "I overheard them talking with [a reality TV] producer but he would not let [Montag] speak. He was talking about opportunities for them and candidly milking every ounce of press at the expense of Heidi. Meanwhile, she looked out of it and stared at the ground while chewing on her gum and let her boyfriend do the speaking for both of them."
What? The guy who forced Montag to isolate herself from all of her closest friends and encouraged her to get a ridiculous boob job is not looking out for her best interests? We're shocked!
