Seth Rogen is not returning Lindsay Lohan's calls.

He's not returning our calls either, but we forgive him. Hell, we more than forgive him. Someone give that guy a high-five for us -- or maybe just a (long, inappropriately lingering) hug. We didn't think it was possible, but we like him even more today -- and all it took was him getting Lohan's leggings in a bunch during a national magazine interview.

For her Nylon cover story (which should really be checked out for the fashion spread alone. Take note hipster-wannabes: spring's hottest look is a biker jacket matched with shiny flesh-toned panties), Lohan blabs about how she's (once again) trying to revive her movie career -- which has been deader than Ali Lohan's eyes since 2006.

And perhaps wisely noting that the LiLo brand has unfortunately become synonymous with coke pants and straight-to-DVD releases, Lohan says she's looking for some added star power on her next project.

"I'm talking to [lots of people]," she told Nylon. "One is Sean Penn -- I spoke to him again the other day."

(Huh. So she's pals with both Jack Nicholson and Sean Penn. Who knew crazy old Oscar winners were LiLo's core demographic?)

"We're trying to get Seth Rogen for this project, but Seth won't call us back," she continued. "So call us back, Seth, if you're reading this!"
