Holly Montag may be older than sister Heidi, but she is definitely not wiser. According to the New York Post, the elder Montag sister has been working as the personal assistant to Joe Francis, one of the few men on earth who may be more douchey than Spencer Pratt. The blonde-haired tartlet has reportedly been running Francis's life ever since he was released from jail last March.

"His last assistant quit," said the Post's source. "And Joe aggressively sought out Holly to work for him."

Gosh, could the Girls Gone Wild founder be vying for some valuable Hills coverage, à la Bolthouse and People's Revolution? Although Holly has, so far, only appeared in one episode of the hit MTV series, she secured at least some future screen time after recently deciding to move to Los Angeles. But then, who wouldn't want to live there after spending two days in close quarters with a Barbie doll and a sulking baby with a flesh-coloured beard?
