Mischa Barton Busted for DUI, Possession, Etc. Happy Holidays, Dose.ca!

Mischa Barton has been arrested for DUI and other charges, TMZ.com reports.

West Hollywood, Calif. police said in a press release that the 21 year-old actress was pulled over at the corner of La Cienega and Santa Monica boulevards by police in West Hollywood at 2:46 a.m. Thursday (Dec. 27) morning, after Barton "was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn."

Police determined after pulling her over that Barton "was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage."

TMZ reports Barton was released from custody at 10:10 a.m. PT this morning (Dec. 27) and was arrested on suspicion of DUI, possession of narcotics and driving without a valid license.

Sources told TMZ.com that Mischa has been "very cooperative" and "no trouble at all."
