Balthazar Getty's Wife Gives Him the Finger

September 11, 2008

You have to hand it to Rosetta Millington: once she found out that husband Balthazar Getty was gallivanting with a topless Sienna Miller, she could have easily pulled a Cynthia Rodriguez and moved forward with a costly divorce. However, TMZ reports that the clever woman has realized that the best way to really stick it to her philandering hubby is, in fact, to not divorce him.

So why is Millington so reluctant to dissolve a marriage that is clearly over? Well, it's not because she wants to give the guy another chance. Even though Getty is heir to his family's oil fortune, the 33-year-old currently isn't seeing much of those bucks and is making the majority of his money from his role on ABC drama Brothers & Sisters. Should Millington be the one to file for divorce, she would be cut off from Getty's future earnings (i.e. the billions of dollars he will inherit when his father dies). Refusing to file makes more fiscal sense for Millington, who is raising the couple's four children.

The best part: normally, Getty would have the upper hand here, using his family's financial and social connections to wear Millington down. But, a source tells TMZ, the Getty clan is so horrified with Balthazar's actions that they are giving Millington and the children their full support – moral and financial.

We hope Sienna Miller's boobs were worth $25 billion, Balthazar, although the fact that we saw them for free suggests you got at least a little ripped off.
