Last week, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge gave Lindsay Lohan another year to complete her alcohol education program. This, despite the fact that the 23-year-old actress was more than an hour late to her appointment, reportedly due to staying out until 1:30 a.m. the night before, partying at Voyeur night club and making out with Balthazar Getty.

Yes, Balthazar "Had An Affair With Sienna Miller While Married and Still Technically Has a Wife" Getty. We didn't think he could step down from Miller, but, as one spy told People, Lohan and Balthazar were "all over each other" at Voyeur last Wednesday.

Lohan continued her partying on Saturday night, heading to Teddy's night club and, according to onlookers, she looked a little rough.

"Her hair was greasy and not brushed, she wasn't wearing any makeup, and she was smoking cigarettes inside the club every five to ten minutes," one spy told E! News.

And the night would not have been complete without a typical LiLo freakout. According to E!, when a waitress went over to Lohan's table at closing time to pick up their drinks, the Mean Girls star flipped, telling the server she was "not leaving yet" and would "finish her drink when she was ready."

The club's manager went over to intervene, and before you can say "wouldn't Lindsay have just chugged those drinks in the first place?", Lohan chugged her drinks and left in an angry huff.

Well, let's just hope that nice judge doesn't read the tabloids.
