Spotted: Lily van der Woodsen popping out kid numero dos. S better prepare for a little sibling rivalry.
Radar Online reports that Kelly Rutherford gave birth to her second child around 10 p.m. last night, this one a girl. It's some good news for the 40-year-old Gossip Girl star, who is currently embroiled in a bitter divorce with her soon-to-be ex-husband Daniel Gersch, the father of both children.
No name or weight has been released for the baby and there's no word as to whether Gersch was present for the birth of his daughter, but considering the couple's nasty custody battle over their 2-year-old son, Hermes, we're guessing that, at best, he was forced to stay in the waiting room. Rutherford has accused Gersch of planning to take Hermes out of the country, while Gersch claims that Rutherford has spied on him in order to accumulate a case against him. The divorce and custody case are still pending.
But hey! Congratulations on the baby!
