911 call records have revealed that Santa Monica police were responding to an "attempted suicide" when they were called to Owen Wilson's house on Sunday night, reports Extra.
The department's Call for Service report, which has been posted online, shows the 911 call made from Wilson's house on Sunday, August 26 at 12:08:16 p.m. EST was logged as "Attempt Suicide." According to Extra, the call was made by Luke Wilson, who reportedly found his brother with a slit wrist and an empty bottle of pills beside him. The actor was rushed to St. John's Hospital in Santa Monica before being transferred to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where he is currently recovering.
Sources tell the New York Post's Page Six that Wilson appeared distraught recently after having a fight with a close friend.
Wilson issued a statement on Monday, pleading for the media to allow him to "receive care and heal in private during this difficult time."
