Here in the Dose.ca offices, we are shocked – shocked and appalled – that Balthazar Getty and Sienna Miller would lie to the press about the status of their relationship. How are we supposed to pry into their personal lives if they don't let us in, huh?
The couple's relationship ignited a media firestorm right from the start, when still-married Getty was photographed in July, kissing a topless Miller on a beach in Italy. But two weeks ago, 26-year-old Miller told Us Weekly that she was romantically untangled, having ended her relationship with the oil heir and Brothers & Sisters actor.
"I'm single at the moment, and I'm completely happy with that," Miller told the mag. "It's nice not to have a relationship that the press constantly want to scrutinize and discuss. I'm cool with being on my own."
It seems, however, that the actress realized that the only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about, as the U.K. Mirror reports that she and Getty were spotted in London yesterday, holding hands while walking Miller's dogs. The two went on a lunch date at San Lorenzo Italian restaurant and were later seen at the Groucho club; TMZ also posted a photo of them together at dinner last night.
It's Thanksgiving weekend in the U.S. and we're guessing that American citizen Getty is thankful for not having to spend the holidays with any of his four children. Nice parenting skills, Balthazar.
