Everyone's favourite reality TV feud continues to burn brighter than 1,000 suns. Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag, former best friends and current stars of MTV's The Hills, refuse to even be photographed together, according to US Weekly.
During the show's first season, Conrad and Montag were BFF (OMG! WTF?), but their friendship fell apart during Season 2 when Montag began dating Spencer Pratt, the big-toothed ass-face who didn't appreciate the fact that Conrad could see what a loser he is. By the end of the season, Montag had moved out of Conrad's apartment and moved in with the Pratt, and the two girls have barely spoken since.
Audrina Partridge, Conrad's new roommate, tells US that the bad blood continued long after cameras stopped rolling, relating a story of when she, Conrad, Montag and Pratt all ended up at Los Angeles nightclub Les Deux on the same night.
"They just came right at our table and sat down," Patridge remembers. "We were like, 'What are you doing? Get away! This is our table.' But they said, 'This is our night, our friends, get out of here.'"
However, despite the now-defunct friendship, both Conrad and Montag are still set to star in Season 3 of The Hills, which presented a problem when it came time to do the promotional photo shoots. Conrad and the rest of the cast (including Partridge and co-worker Whitney Port) shot their photos together, while Montag posed for hers on a different day and was photoshopped into the group shots later. However, that may have less to do with the feud and more to do with Montag's huge new boobs, since they probably would have taken up too much of the frame, had she been photographed with anyone else in the picture.
