McSteamy is finally living up to his nickname! Grey's Anatomy star Eric Dane gave us a closer look at his own anatomy this week when a sex tape featuring Dane, his wife and a disgraced beauty queen leaked on the web.

The 12-minute video, allegedly recorded two years ago, first surfaced on Gawker.com and features Dane and his wife of five years, Rebecca Gayheart, hanging out (sans clothing) with former Miss Teen USA Kari Ann Peniche. The threesome are seen lying naked in Peniche's bed discussing porn names (Dane says his would be "Cocaine Manor" or "Tuff Hedemen"), before moving their nude shenanigans to the hot tub. 

Peniche, who was crowned Miss Teen USA in 2002 but later lost the title after posing for Playboy, released a statement through her manager, David Weintraub. "[It] was all done in good fun," Weintraub told Us Weekly. "This is not a sex tape. It's guys having fun, hanging out together. There is no sex involved in this."

Dane's lawyer is also sticking to the not-a-sex-tape defense. He released a statement Monday night, saying: "This is simply a private, consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public. Although the participants are nude, the tape is not a 'sex tape.' It is a private tape made for only my clients' personal use, and nobody has the right to exploit it."
