Get Ready to Take Notes: George Clooney Gives Co-Star Dating Advice

George Clooney gave Anna Kendrick dating tips while the two were filming Up in the Air. Too bad he didn't give her any tips about not putting New Moon scripts in waste-paper baskets. Here, the co-stars appear at the 2009 Toronto International Film Festival.

Considering Anna Kendrick's currently starring in New Moon and has another much-hyped flick, Up in The Air, due to arrive in theatres in the next couple weeks, we're thinking this is one gal who's got things figured out. But that didn't stop her co-star from providing her with some advice, specifically some tips for the lovelorn.

Of course, the co-star in question would be George "let me have your babies" Clooney, so we're wont to pay attention.

"He had rules for me about dating and stuff. It was really sweet," Kendrick, 24, told reporters during a recent press conference for Up in the Air. "It's funny, actually. A friend of his that was his age [48] was dating somebody younger than me. He thought that was fine. I was like, 'What would you say to me if I were dating somebody your age?' He said, 'Oh no, absolutely not."

OK, duly noted: George Clooney isn't averse to dating younger ladies, so long as he doesn't know them that well. Our chances are looking up.
