Japan, Australia, the U.S: Florence + The Machine will rumble through all those places and more this year, and the past Grammy nominees just revealed a string of spring headlining dates earlier this week. Just one problem: we don't spy a single Canadian stop on the ethereal act's current itinerary.

There, there... No need to fling yourself through a skylight. Flo and co. have shared something today that might act as some consolation.

Here, have a music video. It's for Ceremonials’ "Lover to Lover," and it's posted below.

In the new clip, frontwoman Florence Welch isn't revelling with Great Gatsby extras, or making like Anne Shirley to recreate the Lady of Shalott. (Nobody likes repeating themselves, after all.) And even though Harry Potter's Daniel Radcliffe just told MSN UK that he'd "love to work with Florence and the Machine," there's no sign of the boy wizard, either.

This one's a straightforward performance video: just Florence, The Machine and a spotlight. Did we say the clip was something of a wee consolation prize? For all of us who won't get the chance to see them this spring, it's probably more a glimpse of what we're missing.

Welch recently told MTV News what she's planning for the American leg of her tour, which launches April 14 in Santa Barbara, CA: "In a way, it's not going to be too big a production; we've done a lot of quite extravagant stuff, and that's been amazing, but for this tour, it's definitely going to be about showcasing the music," she said. "The songs are going to be the important thing. It will be heavily based on the music ... no bells and whistles just yet, we're going to try and keep it quite pure."
