Ooh, Lordy, Whitney Port has just invited a whole bunch of acne-ridden, adolescent rage onto her doorstep, as the City star had the temerity to admit she found Twilight to be, let's say, not so sparkly. Let the angry letter-writing campaign begin!

"I haven't read the books, but I saw the movie," Port told MTV News yesterday. "I thought the movie was really bad."

But, but, doesn't she realize that Twilight is, like, the film of a generation? That it's totally romantic and thoughtful? Or that Robert Pattinson is way gorgeous?

"I love whatever his name is," the 24-year-old added.

She doesn't even know Robert Pattinson's name! How is that possible? She must have been neglected as a child.

The MTV reality star and Diane Von Furstenberg "employee" also went on to slag Twilight's leading lady, Kristen Stewart.

"She seems so serious, like she's so one-dimensional," Port said of Stewart.

How dare she... say exactly what we've all been thinking!

To her credit, Port did commend Stewart and Pattinson for interacting well on screen – but then, anyone who can't act interested in Robert Pattinson is either asexual or dead.

"I think [Stewart and Pattinson] have good chemistry," Port admitted. "I just didn't think the acting was so good."

Now, all you Twilight lovers out there, before you begin angrily mashing the keyboard with your fists, just remember: Port is the woman who dated musician Jay Lyons for months. She clearly has questionable taste.
