Britney's New Video, 'Pieces of Me,' is Surprisingly Not Terrible

Britney Spears' new video, "Pieces of Me," has surfaced online and, shockingly, it's not that bad. Well, not that bad for everyone's favourite panty protesting, deposition skipping, weave wearing pop-tard.

In the clip, Spears reveals the shocking "truth" behind her tabloid woes, letting the public see how the paparazzi hound her every move and try to get scandalous photos of her through the most devious of methods (laying down on red carpets to shoot her nude cooch, seducing her in a club while wearing a "chest cam"). Looks like the part where she phones the paparazzi ahead of time to let them know exactly when and where she'll be was left on the cutting room floor. The clip also features Spears fooling the paparazzi by getting a group of more attractive, better-dancing girls to dress up like her and sneak her into the club. You crazy, Britney!

The video goes along well with the songs lyrics, in which Spears jabs at her various titles, such as Miss American Dream, Mrs. Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous, Mrs. Extra! Extra This Just in! and Mrs. She's too Big, Now She's too thin. Mrs. She Makes Out with College Boys in Public while Topless and Mrs. She Cleans Up Doggy Poop With Designer Gowns didn't make the list. Spears also tries to convince the world it's really just this crazy world of celebrity gossip that's making up stories about her and that she's really just trying to provide for her family: "Guess I can't see no harm in working and being a mama and with a kid on my arm I'm still and exception, all you want a piece of me," she sings.

Still, we're just impressed that she's standing without the crutch of a pole or other inanimate object and she managed to remember to wear pants! Those two things alone are an upward trend for Brit Brit.
