All the "viral marketing" and totes edgy mispellings have led to this moment: Rihanna will release her new album, Rated R, on Nov. 23, her record label announced today.

Keeping with the alliterative theme, "Russian Roulette" has been picked as the first single, and you can stream the song now on Rihanna's official website.

Despite the shock-me-shock-me-shock-me album art -- which features RiRi wearing nothing but some strategically placed barbed wire and a scowl (and oh yeah, another one of those damned eye patches) -- the ballad, written and produced by Ne-Yo, lets Rihanna diva-sing her most vulnerable feelings.

Here's a sample lyric:

"And you can see my heart beating / oh you can see it through my chest / that I'm terrified / but I'm not leaping / know that I must pass this test / so just pull the trigger / as my life flashes before my eyes/ I'm wondering will i ever see another sunrise / so many won't get the chance to say goodbye / but it's too late to think of the value of my life."
