With the 2010 MMVAs just days away, we expect the entire guestlist will try what they can to look their best: Bieber's probably deep-conditioning his mop-top more times a day than usual; Katy Perry's likely re-loading her girls with Kool Whip and Ke$ha's probably exfoliating with a few buckets of craft glitter.

As for Adam Lambert, he's given fans an early peek at the new "glam" look he'll likely be showing off at the MMVAs on Sunday night. The pop star debuted a new haircut via his Twitter account late Thursday night, heralding it with the tour-pimping message "Glam Nation Glam." And may we say, it's a little bit Rihanna, a whole lot Boy George and a soupcon of meltdown-era Britney.

Lambert's shaved off some of his emo-locks, but as he re-assured his fans, he hasn't gone full GI Jane.

"Calm down... Just shaved one side..." he Tweeted a few minutes after posting the new picture.

We mention it (again), so that we can transition into a late-breaking tidbit about the upcoming show. Gossip Girl's Jessica Szohr was recently added to the already packed list of presenters. And neither she nor Lambert will be bothering with swag bags at this year's MMVAs. Organizers have announced that instead of having a same-old, same-old gift lounge, a $10,000 donation will be made to support Young Artists For Haiti's earthquake relief initiatives on all the MMVA guests' behalf.
