Milan Lucic enters player assistance program
In recent days, there has been a lot of talk about Milan Lucic for some very sad reasons. The Bruins forward was arrested on Friday night following a domestic altercation, and subsequently, we learned that his wife claims to have been strangled by Lucic that evening.

Again, we have to be very cautious at this stage of the investigation, but the forward has been charged with assault and pleaded not guilty earlier today. He could serve up to 30 months in prison if convicted.

It didn’t help that alcohol seemed to be involved on the night of the incident… and Lucic obviously took a good step forward today to deal with his personal problems.

The forward entered the league’s player assistance program for help.

More details to come…
