On last week's episode of 30 Rock, Kabletown's Vice President of East Coast Television and Microwave Oven Programming and handsome man-about-town Jack Donaghy finally managed to find an opponent worthy of his masterful negotiation skills: himself.

That concept got graphic artist Jon Defreest thinking, and what he's come up with is a surefire bestseller.

Defreest created a memoir-cum-self-help book cover for Jack-Off: How I Out-Negotiated My Greatest Opponent: Myself. Complete with the much lauded (in 30 Rock land) Joan's Book Club seal of approval, Defreest premiered the book cover on New York magazine's Vulture Page, and now you can enjoy it for yourself (above).

We're hoping that, with enough write-in campaigns, NBC will actually create the book so that we, too, can learn the secret of the Jack-Off. In the meantime, we'll just have to keep practicing at home.
