Looks like little Jenny Humphrey will finally have something to focus on besides not brushing her hair and applying mascara with a trowel: according to the Hollywood Reporter, Canadian cutie Kevin Zegers has just been cast as Taylor Momsen's new boy toy in a multi-episode arc on Gossip Girl.
Zegers, 25, has signed on to play Damien, who the Reporter describes as "an international bad-boy love interest" to Little J. Good news for Dan Humphrey's little sister, who hasn't seen much love over the course of Gossip Girl's two-and-some-change seasons – her biggest fling to date was with a boy who turned out to be gay for Eric Van Der Woodsen. (Oh, yeah, and she made out with Nate Archibald a little, but that barely counts.)
Zegers is best known for starring opposite Felicity Huffman in TransAmerica and for tempting Emily Blunt in The Jane Austen Book Club. He will soon start production on The Story of Bonnie and Clyde, starring Hilary Duff – who, oddly enough, is also doing her own Gossip Girl stint this season, playing Vanessa's new college roommate.
